- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Items must be in resalable condition with all original tags attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Sale items may only be returned for store credit.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable digital products
- Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or soiling caused by the customer
- Items that have been washed, cleaned, or altered
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged items, please provide:

- Photos of the damaged item
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and reason for return in your request.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered incorrectly, is defective, or was damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
